一、加强决策督查。要紧紧围绕党委中心工作,把事关改革、发展和稳定的重大问题以及人民群众关注的热点、难点问题作为决策督查的主要内容。工作重点是不断发现并解决决策落实过程中的问题。决策督查的力度要体现在敢于和善于抓决策落实中的矛盾和问题上。这是目前决策督查工作的一个薄弱环节。开展决策督查,一定要敢于触及复杂的矛盾,敢于发现和反映那些影响决策深入落实的带有普遍性、倾向性、苗头性的重要问题,善于对落实中出现的新情况、新问题和不落实的原因进行分析研究。
