目的:研究狗的~(99m)Tc-NOET心肌显像特征。材料与方法:正常狗3只、心肌缺血和梗塞狗各一只,进行~(99m)Tc-NOET系列SPECT显像,与~(201)Tl显像及组织学结果比较。结果:15分钟狗心肌即可清晰显示。但下壁心肌影像受肝影影响,且随时间递增而明显。~(99m)Tc-NOET有再分布特征,再分布的存在是心肌存活的指征。心肌对~(99m)Tc-NOET摄取量可以反映心肌的数量。结论:~(99m)Tc-NOET能适合进行心肌显像研究,如能减少肝脏的放射性摄取,有望推广于临床应用研究。
Objective: To investigate the myocardial 99m Tc-NOET myocardial imaging features in dogs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Three normal dogs, one myocardial ischemia and one infarcted dog were examined by ~ (99m) Tc-NOET series SPECT imaging and compared with ~ (201) Tl imaging and histological results. Results: 15 minutes dog myocardium can be clearly displayed. However, the inferior myocardial wall affected by liver shadow, and increased significantly with time. ~ (99m) Tc-NOET redistribution, the presence of redistribution is an indication of myocardial survival. Myocardial ~ (99m) Tc-NOET intake can reflect the number of myocardial. CONCLUSION: ~ (99m) Tc-NOET is suitable for myocardial imaging study. It is expected to be used in clinical application if it can reduce the radioactive uptake of liver.
