通过对上海—50拖拉机变速箱噪声的测试分析,发现其常齿啮合齿轮副是主要噪声源,因而采取措施,分析用选配直齿圆柱齿轮和斜齿轮代替原常啮合齿轮副,取得了明显的降噪效果.
Through the test and analysis of Shanghai -50 tractor gearbox noise, it is found that the constant-tooth meshing gear pair is the main noise source. Therefore, measures were taken to analyze the obvious spur gear and helical gear instead of the normal meshing gear pair. Noise reduction effect.
