目的:探讨生姜对C57BL/6J小鼠毛发生长的促进作用。方法:C57BL/6J小鼠背部脱毛,给予不同浓度的生姜汁,观察其对小鼠毛发生长周期和生长速度的影响;组织学检查其对毛囊和黑色素的影响。结果:14 d后生姜各组皮肤开始变黑,19 d后生姜皮肤各组开始长出毛发,29 d生姜各组均长满毛发。与空白对照组对比,均具有显著性差异,与阳性对照组相比,在生长初期和中期,促毛发生长作用较弱,后期则达到相同的效果;对毛发的生长速度影响在高中剂量的范围内呈现剂量依赖性;病理切片显示,用药组可增加小鼠皮肤真皮层黑色素分布,刺激毛囊生长,使其进入生长期,而同期空白组仍然处于毛发休止期。结论:生姜具有明显的促毛发生长作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ginger on the hair growth of C57BL / 6J mice. Methods: C57BL / 6J mice were depilated on the back, and different concentrations of ginger juice were given to observe their effects on hair growth cycle and growth rate of mice. Conclusion: Ginger has a significant role in promoting hair growth.
