在去年12月召开的四川省经济工作会议上,提出了四川省今年经济工作的主要任务。 1997年国家有两件举世瞩目的大事:我国恢复对香港行使主权和召开党的十五大。面对新的国内外形势和四川省情,会议确定1997年四川经济工作的总体要求是:以党的基本理论、基本路线和基本方针为指导,坚持稳中求进,推进“两个转变”,大力调整结构,积极开拓市场,农业增产增收,工业增效减亏,改革重点突破,开放提高水平,弘扬“兴川精神”,维护社会稳定,促进国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会全面进步。
