虽然他们知道所有员工的大概情况,但他们处理细节问题的能力却在担任管理工作的短短几年里不断降低。对于职业经理人来说,做空降兵型的管理者已经不是什么新鲜事了。往往是从一个企业跳到另外一个企业,一个平台到了另外一个平台。从事还是本专业,就个人来说,变化的可能在职位升迁和薪金的提高。而当管理的角色大干专业的角色,职业的经理人往往面对这样的尴尬——要领导在这个领域或这个领域的某个方面比自己更专业的下属。
Although they know the general situation of all employees, their ability to deal with the details of the problem has been declining in just a few years of management.
