锻造行业的技术改造,其中一个重要的环节就是对锻造加热炉的改造。我国煤源分布广泛,来源也比较方便,根据这一实际情况,对锻造加热炉进行以煤代油的技术改造就显得尤为重要。众所周知,将煤通过热煤气发生炉转化成煤气,在加热炉中完全燃烧,可以达到加热质量高、劳动条件好和环境污染小的目的。这科燃烧技术目前在化工、轻工方面,例如玻璃、糠(米全)栓等行业,已经得到广泛地应用。但是锻造生产是间断性的间歇式的作业,开炉仃炉比较频繁,而且视生产需要,半开半仃经常变化。
