在铌氧化物直接合金化的热力学和动力学研究的基础上,采用喷射法在100kg感应炉和10t转炉钢包中进行了铌精矿代替铌铁冶炼含铌低合金钢的试验。试验结果表明:在喷射条件下,粉剂中的Nb_2O_5可在上浮至钢液之前被迅速还原进入钢液;在喷粉过程中,(Nb_2O_5)/[Nb]接近平衡状态;在不同喷粉速度下,[Nb]的收得率主要取决于[Si],a[O]和∑FeO。控制[Si]>0.4%,∑FeO<2%,[Nb]收得率可大于80%。
Based on the thermodynamics and kinetics of the direct alloying of niobium oxide, the niobium concentrate was replaced by niobium and iron in the 100kg induction furnace and the 10t converter ladle for the smelting of niobium-containing low alloy steels. The results show that under the spraying conditions, Nb_2O_5 in the powder can be rapidly reduced into the molten steel before it reaches the molten steel; (Nb_2O_5) / [Nb] approaches the equilibrium state in the powder spraying process; at different powder spraying speeds , [Nb] yield depends mainly on [Si], a [O] and ΣFeO. Control [Si]> 0.4%, ΣFeO <2%, [Nb] yield greater than 80%.
