本文采用FOXBASE关系数据库软件建立三位码病理资料系统，应用该系统的检索、研究辅助程序．对本科病理数据库中130例膀胱癌资料进行检索．对其中膀胱移行细胞癌的瘤体大小、分级、浸润深度、手术范围、复发率、五年生存率的相关性作了研究．为膀胱移行细胞癌的治疗和预后提供了直观的指标参数．对选择相应手术方案，降低复发率均有意义．微机关系数据处理给病理学研究提供了新的方法，将个体形态研究与集合群体研究紧密的结合起来．此方法对大批量多种条件下的相关病理资料分析无疑是一种极好的综合研究方法．
In this paper, FOXBASE relational database software to establish three-digit pathological data system, the application of the system search, research assistance program. 130 cases of bladder cancer data were searched in the undergraduate pathology database. The tumor size, grading, depth of invasion, surgical range, recurrence rate and the five-year survival rate were studied in the transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. For the treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and prognosis provides an intuitive index parameters. It is significant to choose the appropriate surgical plan and reduce the recurrence rate. Computer relational data processing provides a new method for the study of pathology, which closely integrates the study of individual morphology with the study of collective population. This method is undoubtedly an excellent and comprehensive method for the analysis of pathological data under high-volume and multi-conditions.
