化脓性脑脊髓膜炎的治疗,在近代西医疗法上以磺胺类(以磺胺嘧啶为最优)和青霉素为有效药物,而祖国医学早在一、二千年前就有良好的治疗方剂,但是缺少临床实验观察记录,在发扬祖国医学遗产的号召下,广大医药人员挖掘祖国医药遗产,充分发挥中医中药作用,已有不少文献报道有关脑脊髓膜炎的中药治疗,最近我院用复方四黄汤治愈化脓性脑脊髓膜炎二例,效果尚觉满意,兹报道于后,以供同道参考.病例报告例一:患者张小妹,女性,5岁,于1959年4月16日晚上9时因昏迷急症入院.代诉:近日来经常咳嗽,今晚开始(不到4小时)
