在均相配位催化体系CO(acac)_3-Et_3Al-配位体中,配位体的性质及浓度对环戊二烯加氢制环戊烯有很大的影响。在25℃、常压下,当Co(acac)_3:EtAl:吡啶=1:12.4:6.3(摩尔比)和Co(acac)_3的浓度为0.072 mol/l时,环戊二烯转化率及选择性均接近100%。不同配位体对环戊二烯加氢活性的影响顺序为:吡啶>乙二胺>γ-甲基吡啶>a-甲基吡啶>β-甲基吡啶≈γ,γ-联吡啶>a,a-联吡啶>三苯基膦>亚磷酸三丁酯。
In the homogeneous coordination catalyst system CO (acac) _3-Et_3Al- ligands, the nature and concentration of the ligands have great influence on the cyclopentadiene hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene. When the concentration of Co (acac) _3: EtAl: pyridine = 1: 12.4: 6.3 (molar ratio) and Co (acac) _3 was 0.072 mol / l at 25 ℃ under atmospheric pressure, the conversion of cyclopentadiene and Selectivity close to 100%. The effects of different ligands on the hydrogenation activity of cyclopentadiene were as follows: pyridine> ethylenediamine> γ-picoline> a-picoline> β-picoline ≈γ, γ-bipyridine> a-dipyridyl> triphenylphosphine> tributylphosphite.
