班级管理工作是学校各项工作的基础。因此,班级管理教育实习是教育实习的重要组成部分。作为实习生,应该积极的参与到班级管理工作中,协助班主任做好班级管理工作,进而培养提高自身的教育教学能力,为今后的教师工作打好基础。本文主要是针对如何做好美术教育实习中的班级管理工作提出一些建议和方法,帮助大学生将教育实习这个环节走的更好。
Class management is the foundation of every work in school. Therefore, class management education internship is an important part of education internship. As an intern, you should actively participate in class management and assist your class teacher in class management so as to cultivate and improve your own teaching and learning ability so as to lay a solid foundation for future teacher work. This article mainly puts forward some suggestions and methods for how to do class management in art education internship so as to help college students to take this part of education internship better.
