通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法对高校网球教学中存在的问题进行分析,阐述了“网球训练器”引入到高校网球教学中,可以打破传统的教学模式,有利于调动学生的积极性、主动性和提高学生的注意力;可以有效地解决高校网球教学的场地少,上课人数多的问题;可以激发学生对网球练习的兴趣,提高练习效率等作用,为今后在网球教学中开展实验研究提供理论依据,从而促进高校网球教学的发展。
