本文着重研究了时效处理、稳定化处理和老化处理等三个工艺过程对3J58铁镍基恒弹性合金制作的小型音叉部件的频率时间稳定性的影响。具体地通过对电子音叉表走时稳定性的考核,认为音叉振荡器的频率稳定性是对其走时精度影响的重要因素。为此,初步探讨了时效处理温度对音叉频率温度系数、机械品质因数和硬度的影响规律,选择了较合理的稳定化处理规范和老化处理规范,并对其影响频率稳定性的机理作了初步的讨论。这对进一步深入研究恒弹性合金的性能、时间稳定性问题提供了一些有益的数据。
In this paper, the effects of aging treatment, stabilization treatment and aging treatment on the time-frequency stability of small tuning fork parts made of 3J58 iron-nickel based permanent elastic alloy are studied emphatically. Specifically through the electronic tuning fork table when the stability of the test, that the frequency stability of the tuning fork oscillator is an important factor in the impact on the accuracy of its travel time. Therefore, the influence of aging temperature on frequency coefficient of temperature, mechanical quality factor and hardness of tuning fork was preliminarily discussed. A more reasonable standard of stabilization treatment and aging treatment were selected, and the mechanism of affecting frequency stability was preliminarily established discussion. This provides some useful data for further research on the properties and stability of the permanent elastic alloy.
