本文目的为研究早产儿GER发病情况、临床表现及普瑞博思的治疗效果。本组用食管pH动态监测仪测定15例早产儿,临床表现有呕吐、喂养困难、体重增长不良及呼吸暂停。24小时食管pH<4的百分比大于同龄正常值者为GER阳性。给以口服普瑞博思,10天后复查食管PH监测。研究结果15例中,11例GER阳性发生率为73.3%。所有的临床表现均于治疗后2~3天消失和改善;食管24小时PH<4时间百分比,治疗前后差异显著,有统计学意义。24小时食管pH监测是检测早产儿GER的良好的方法;普瑞博思能有效控制早产儿GER,且无副作用,均可在临床推广应用。
The purpose of this paper is to study the incidence of GER in preterm infants, clinical manifestations and treatment with Pregabalin. This group with esophageal pH dynamic monitor measured 15 cases of premature children, clinical manifestations of vomiting, feeding difficulties, poor weight gain and apnea. 24-hour esophageal pH <4 percentage greater than the normal age were GER positive. Pregabalus given orally, esophageal PH monitoring after 10 days review. Among 15 cases, the positive rate of GER in 11 cases was 73.3%. All of the clinical manifestations disappeared and improved 2 to 3 days after treatment. The percentage of PH <4 in 24 hours of esophagus was significant difference between before and after treatment, with statistical significance. 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring is a good way to detect GER in preterm infants. Pregabalin can effectively control GER in preterm infants with no side effects and can be widely applied in clinic.
