当前我国既处于发展的重要战略机遇期,又处于社会矛盾凸显期,社会管理领域存在的问题还不少。广东省作为中国经济发达地区,当前社会经济发展带来的社会矛盾相对凸显。因此,广东省也就社会管理创新工作作了多项重大试点改革。其中,包括就行政审批制度改革。检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,应当加强与行政执法机关的协调配合,进一步强化对各项行政审批权力下放后的监督,推动建立制约有效的权力运行机制,强化行政审批检察监督职能,服务社会管理创新。
