Since its emergence as an innovative and integrated art form, modern animation technology has gradually grown into a creative and cultural industry that is welcomed by all the countries in the world and is booming. However, it is the key task for current college animation professionals to deeply discuss the talent cultivation mode to train animation students with forward-looking creativity and practical abilities. This article systematically demonstrates and expounds the teaching objectives, curriculum construction, teacher selection, the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students, the daily management of schools and the construction of campus culture, which makes a useful exploration for the healthy development of modern animation technology and the rapid growth of professionals .
