要想学会游泳就要跳到水中,要想游得出彩,对游泳者的研究与指导必不可少。同理,开展基于教学现场的课例研究是提高课堂教学有效性的重要途径。结合我校体验教育理念,我们积极探索基于教学现场的课例研究。我们的课例研究有许多形式与载体,如:组内常规研讨课观摩、同课异构、一课多上、校教研课评比、各级参赛课磨课、邀请式观课等。课例不同则研究的侧重点不同,有关注常态
In order to learn to swim, you have to jump into the water. If you want to swim, you will find it essential to study and guide swimmers. In the same way, carrying out the case study based on the teaching field is an important way to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. With the concept of experience education in our school, we actively explore the case study based on the teaching site. Our case study has many forms and carriers, such as: regular seminars in the group to observe, the same course heterogeneity, more than one class, school teaching and research competitions, participating classes at all levels abstraction, such as invitation classes.
