1995年6月21日至25日,交通部在安徽省召开了全国公路养护管理工作会议。为贯彻落实会议精神,交通部以交公路发[1995]604号文下发《关于印发李居昌副部长、杨盛福总工程师在全国公路养护管理工作会议上讲话的通知》。现将李居昌副部长在会议上的总结讲话(摘要)刊出,请按部的要求,结合本地区的实际情况,认真学习,贯彻落实,切实搞好公路养护管理工作。
From June 21 to June 25, 1995, the Ministry of Communications convened a national conference on road maintenance management in Anhui Province. In order to implement the spirit of the conference, the Ministry of Communications issued Circular No. [1995] 604 concerning the issuance of the speech of Vice Minister Li Juichang and Chief Engineer Yang Shengfu at the National Highway Maintenance Management Conference. Now, Vice Minister Li Juichang’s summary speech (summary) was published at the meeting. Please request that we seriously study, implement, and do a good job in highway maintenance and management according to the requirements of the Ministry and the actual conditions in the region.
