目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗心肌缺血的临床效果.方法:以我院2014年9月至2017年6月入选的90例心肌缺血患者为本次研究对象,在随机原则的基础上,将这90例患者分成观察组和对照组两组,各45例,对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者在此基础给予曲美他嗪治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果作比较.结果:观察组中,患者采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的总疗效95.56％,并发症发生率为2.22％;对照组中,患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗的总疗效为80.0％,并发症发生率为15.56％,两组患者治疗的效果比较,存在差异,p<0.05.结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗心肌缺血中有着显著的疗效,能有效改善患者心肌功能,值得临床推广.
