综述了近年来等离子喷涂WC-Co涂层的研究现状。从抑制WC涂层脱碳分解、涂层添加剂、粘结层和后处理等方面介绍了改善涂层性能的措施,并对未来的发展提出展望。
The research status of plasma spraying WC-Co coating in recent years is reviewed. The measures to improve the coating performance are introduced from the aspects of inhibiting the decarburization and decomposing of WC coating, coating additive, adhesive layer and post-treatment. The future development is also put forward.
