Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress, an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country, and a source for its political parties to maintain their vitality forever. Promoting party building, including the party’s grassroots organizations, is the fundamental guarantee for our party to maintain its advanced nature and enhance its creativity under the conditions of its administration.
