介绍了我国第3代核电自主化依托工程钢结构材料代换的背景和必要性.核岛厂房钢结构设计源自美国标准化设计,材料采用美国标准,为了加快工程进度,减少采购费用,需要解决材料代换问题,使用与美标材料等效的中国标准材料替换.依据钢构件在结构体系中所处的位置,论述了材料代换的技术原则,从材质代换和钢构件截面代换两个方面,采用参数对比法进行材料替代.规范了材料代换的技术标准,给出了材料代换清单,提出了我国第3代核电项目核岛厂房钢结构材料的代换建议,为我国后续第3代核电设计和建造提供了宝贵的基础数据与实践经验.
