越南将在卫星研究、组装、总装与测试技术设施投入支行后于2022年自主研制出“莲花”2卫星。该中心隶属于越南科学技术院。该中心将继续开展卫星制造工程,研制质量为4千克~6千克的“纳龙”、重50千克的“微龙”和重6∞千克的“莲花”卫星。其中“微龙”海洋观测卫星将在2018年发射。“莲花”1将在2019年发射,而由越南自主研制的“莲花”2则将在2022年发射。两颗“莲花”卫星将装备现代化雷达遥感系统,能在各种天气条件下进行海洋和陆地观测。目前越南主要从日本进口卫星,相关人员也由
