参与式教师培训是目前在世界范围内被广泛采用的一种典型的教师培训式。我国小学语文学科教师参与式培训方式存在某些问题,应依据参训教师水平、培训主题及内容,合理安排小学语文学科教师参与式培训。
Participatory teacher training is a typical type of teacher training that is widely adopted around the world. Some problems exist in participatory training for teachers in Chinese primary schools. Based on the level of teachers participating in the training, the topics and content of training, the participatory training for teachers of Chinese in primary schools should be reasonably arranged.
