本文提出了分析系统性能变化的一种新方法,并建立相应的线性数学模型。该方法不仅能分析工况变化时整个换热系统的性能,而且可反映系统内部换热器热量偏差,温度变化及换热器本身的效能。最后以锅炉受热面吹灰为例,将该模型与模拟模型所得结果做比较,说明该方法不仅简单,而且具有实时性
In this paper, a new method of analyzing system performance changes is proposed and a corresponding linear mathematical model is established. The method can not only analyze the performance of the entire heat exchange system when the working conditions change, but also reflect the heat deviation, temperature change and the performance of the heat exchanger itself. Finally, the boiler soot blowing surface is taken as an example to compare the results of the model and the simulation model, which shows that the method is not only simple but also real-time
