残疾人就业作为残疾人事业的重要组成部分,与我国经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定紧密相连。残疾人大学生作为残疾人中具有竞争优势的群体,却往往在就业过程中遭遇困难甚至遭到歧视。这种社会的排斥随着就业结构调整和市场竞争的加剧,使得残疾人的就业形势越加严峻。主要从残疾人大学生就业歧视的社会表现出发,基于用人单位排斥、教育排斥和劳动力市场排斥三种社会表现,分析残障大学生就业困难的成因,并提出解决残疾人大学生就业歧视问题的对策。
Employment of persons with disabilities, as an important part of the cause of the handicapped, is closely linked with the economic development of our country and the social harmony and stability. As a competitive group of persons with disabilities, handicapped college students often encounter difficulties and even discrimination in the employment process. With the adjustment of employment structure and the intensification of market competition, such social exclusion makes the employment situation of disabled persons more and more severe. Mainly from the social manifestations of employment discrimination of disabled college students, this paper analyzes the causes of employment difficulties of disabled college students based on three social manifestations: exclusion of employers, exclusion of education and exclusion of labor market, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the employment discrimination of disabled college students.
