介绍了利用电泵井井口振动信号诊断井下机组工况的方法,现场实验表明,该方法切实可行,可初步应用于井下故障诊断。并为建立潜油电泵标准故障谱打下基础。该技术的进一步完善会大大提高电泵井的科学管理水平,使潜油电泵井在油田生产中获得更大经济效益。
The method to diagnose the condition of underground unit by using vibration signal of electric pump wellhead is introduced. Field experiments show that this method is feasible and feasible, and can be used in underground fault diagnosis. And laid the foundation for establishing the standard fault spectrum of submersible pump.
