一、错误是个性张扬的表现每一位教师都总想着:“但愿我们班的学生不要犯任何的错误,给我带来麻烦。”然而这样美好的期盼,是不可能实现的,错误总是这样,无论我们是否愿意,它总要走进我们的生活中。在日常的学校教育中,对于来自学生的各种错误,该以一种什么样的心态和方法处理呢?对于学生的错误,最理性的态度和方法,应该是允许他“带着缺点前行”。只有允许这样的行走方式存在,才能发现这种方式中存在的问题,体察到这种方式背后的独特个性。大家都不会忘记
