一、油菜的分类凡是十字花科芸苔属中栽培作为油用的植物,统称为油莱。其中包括很多种类。我国栽培的油菜,按其形态和特性可分为三大类型:1.白菜型油菜通称矮油菜、甜油菜或本地油菜,为白菜的变种。在我国已有千余年栽培历史,主要分布于长江流域各省。1954年以前上海栽培的本地油菜如:落帚种、矮箕黑种、姜黄种等都是属于白菜型油菜。白菜型植株较矮小。叶色较淡,叶片较
