现在很多职业技术学校都非常重视各种技能大赛,因为这样不仅能够更好地将本校学生的专业成绩展示出来,还能够在整个过程中体现出学校老师的实际技能教学水平。对于职业技术学校而言,在技能比赛中获奖率的情况,也可以直观地将学校本专业的老师水平和师资队伍情况反映出来,也就是“双师型”教师队伍的实际建设水平。本文主要研究和探索技能大赛对“双师型”教师队伍建设的影响和作用。
Nowadays, many vocational technical schools attach great importance to various skill competitions, because not only can they better demonstrate the professional achievements of their students, but also reflect the practical skills of school teachers throughout the process. For vocational and technical schools, the winning rate in skill competitions can also be directly reflected in the level of professional teachers and teachers in schools, that is, the actual construction level of the double-qualified teachers. This article mainly studies and explores the impact and function of skill contest on the construction of “double-qualified” teachers.
