本文叙述用真空热侵蚀方法研究α-铁再结晶后,晶粒长大晶界迁移的一些结果.观察到晶粒长大与晶粒内部的亚结构有着密切关系,一般是无精细亚结构的晶粒向有精细亚结构的晶粒长大,晶界迁移的速度也较快.通过仔细分析晶界迁移后遗留下来的槽沟,认为α-铁晶粒长大晶界迁移符合以下一些见解:1.晶界迁移的动力来源为晶粒界面间自由能.2.晶粒消失的过程与在半抽真空的容器中,肥皂泡消失的过程基本上相似.3.Burke所提出的旧晶粒界消失与新晶粒界形成的模型.4.晶粒长大是一个不连续的过程.
In this paper, some results of the study on the migration of α-Fe recrystallized grain boundaries by vacuum thermal etching have been reported. It is observed that the grain growth is closely related to the substructures within the grains and is generally fine sub-structure The grain grows to the grain with the fine sub-structure and the grain boundary migrates faster too.It is considered that the grain boundary migration of the α-iron grain grows in line with the following opinions by carefully analyzing the grooves left by the grain boundary migration : 1. The motivation of the grain boundary migration is the free energy between the grain boundaries. 2. The process of grain disappearance is basically similar to the disappearance of soap bubbles in a semi-evacuated container. 3. The old crystal proposed by Burke Grain boundary disappears and the new grain boundary formation model.4. Grain growth is a discontinuous process.
