滚动采购模型是与C类产品采购特点相适应的一种新模型。基于各项目C类产品采购数量归集和采购成本不增加的前提,分析C类产品的特点和采购现状,建立与之相适应的采购管理模式,并与供应商确定滚动供货框架协议,可从源头上改善原有的采购弊端,保证产品供应的同时实现供需双方利润最大化。
