本文于硅胶 G 薄层上用异丙醚∶甲醇∶正丁醇(3∶0.5∶0.5)分离了土大黄甙;用正丙醇∶乙酸乙酯∶水(4∶4∶3)分离了番泻甙 A 及 B;用石油醚∶己烷∶甲酸乙醣∶甲酸(1∶3∶1.5∶0.1)加蒸溜水0.5ml 振摇分取上层液及苯∶甲酸乙酯∶甲酸∶甲醇(3∶1∶0.05∶0.2)加蒸溜水0.5ml 振摇分取上层液两个溶剂系统为展开剂分离了大黄中的大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、大黄素、芦荟大黄素及大黄酸等五种蒽醌甙元,并研究成功了生药提取的改良方法,以及应用岛津 CS-900双波长薄层扫描仪以反射法直线扫描于样品波长(λs)420nm,参考波长(λR)650nm 处,分别测定了上述五种蒽醌甙元的含量,方法快速、简便、灵敏、稳定。实验结果证明:1.中国大黄中总蒽醌含量幅度为1~8%,不同
