文化教育权利已列入国际人权法所保护的目录之中,并成为部分国家宪法所确认的公民基本权利。虽然从分类角度说,文化教育权利属于社会权,但文化教育权利是一种复合性权利,既具有自由权的特点,又具有社会权的性质。文化权利和教育权利分别具有不同的内涵,不是简单的种属关系。
The right to education in culture has been included in the list protected by international human rights law and has become the basic civil rights of citizens recognized in the constitutions of some countries. Although from the perspective of classification, the right to education in culture belongs to the social right, but the right to education in culture is a complex right which has both the characteristics of freedom and the nature of social rights. Cultural rights and educational rights have different connotations, respectively, and are not simple relations of species.
