“两学一做”要体现在工作中的一点一滴、一言一行,我作为一名普通的共产党员,从2010年进入督查队伍以来,亲身经历环境保护工作由督企转向督政,由综合督查转向中央环境保护督察,督察模式不断完善,手段逐步强化,成效愈加明显。尤其是环境保护督察,上下极为重视,各方高度关注,反响十分强烈。这项工作没有先例可遵循,也没有成熟经验可借鉴,特别是面对当前较大的经济下行压力,如何通过督察,既促进生态环境保护,又推动经济转型
