高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科学研究服务的学术性机构,是学校信息化的重要基地,是学校办学的重要组成部分。随着信息时代的到来,现代网络技术在高校得到普遍应用,这给图书馆服务工作提出新的要求,带来新的挑战。本文客观分析了信息时代给高校图书馆服务带来的新变化及当前高校图书馆服务存在的主要问题,提出了更新思想观念、创新服务方式、优化服务环境、提高馆员素质四大对策措施。
University library is the school’s literature information center, is an academic institution for teaching and scientific research, is an important base for school information, is an important part of school running. With the advent of the information age, modern network technology is universally applied in colleges and universities, which brings new demands and brings new challenges to the library service. This article objectively analyzes the new changes brought by the information age to the service of the university library and the main problems existing in the service of the university library at present. It proposes four countermeasures to update the concept, innovate the service mode, optimize the service environment and improve the quality of the librarian.
