前 言 目前在石油开采中,机械采油所占比重越来越大,机械采油装置主要是由游梁式抽油机-抽油杆-抽油泵组成。为了开采重质原油,以及为了采用大口径长冲程抽油泵来提高原油产量,首先要采用大功率抽油机,另外,与之配套必须采用高强度抽油杆;所谓高强度抽油杆,在美国石油学会标准(API 11B)中是D级抽油杆。目前只有美国、加拿大等几个先进工业国能够生产高强度D级抽油杆,国内外市场需求量很大;为了发展外贸生产,打入国际市场,为了填补我国石油机械产品的空白,我们于一九八○年底开始研制高强度D级抽油杆。
