以普通鼠笼电动机为动力的机械上,有时要求机械在电机较低的起动转矩下开始工作,我们在工作中曾遇到这类问题,都是采用在电机主回路中加接电阻以减少电机起动转矩的方法解决的,现举两例。一、我厂有一台武汉重型机床厂生产的C512-1A型立车,其快速进给系由JO32-4电动机经过一系列齿轮传给丝杠带动滑座或滑枕完成的,原产品在传动系统中放置有安全锥销,早期使用中安全销经常剪断,换粗以后销子不断了,但电动机轴却经常扭断。
