患者,男,64岁,于2014年4月26日因右胸闭合性损伤来我院急诊治疗。既往无药物过敏史。查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏70次/min,呼吸19次/min,血压110/85mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133k Pa)。经检查给予注射用头孢他啶(海南海灵化学制药生产批号:1403010)2g静脉滴注,每天1次对症治疗,输液2min后患者诉头晕、心慌。立即停止输液,急测脉搏84次/
Patient, male, 64 years old, came to our hospital for emergency treatment on April 26, 2014 due to right thoracic closure injury. Past history of drug allergy. Physical examination: Body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 70 beats / min, respiration 19 beats / min, blood pressure 110/85 mm Hg (1mm Hg = 0.133k Pa). After examination, ceftazidime for injection (Hainan Hailing Chemical Pharmaceutical production lot number: 1403010) 2g intravenous infusion, 1 day symptomatic treatment, infusion 2min after the patient complained of dizziness, palpitation.
