核电设备锻件形状复杂,技术条件高,给锻造生产带来很大困难。文章介绍了一重集团公司在制造出口巴基期坦的核电压力容器过程中所开发的筒体收口、锥形环体和蘑菇状环形锻件的锻造新工艺。产品检验结果表明新工艺有独到的优点,填补了国内锻造工艺技术的空白。
Nuclear power equipment forgings complex shape, high technical conditions, to bring great difficulties forging production. This article introduces a new forging technology developed by Ichinose Corporation in the manufacturing of nuclear pressure vessels for the export of Baki period. Product inspection results show that the new technology has unique advantages, to fill the blank forging technology.
