目的 探讨运动治疗腹形肥胖人群胰岛素抵抗。方法 46例患者均应用运动治疗,每天步行3000米,连续步行45分钟,每周1次测腹围,每4周1次复查空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素。结果 应用运动治疗前空腹腰围94.75±8.39cm,空腹血糖7.21±1.52mmol/l,空腹胰岛素29.67±4.26mu/l,治疗后,空腹腰围86.47±9.28cm,空腹血糖5.91±1.12mmol/l,空腹胰岛素23.04±3.59mu/l。治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论 运动治疗能降低空腹腰围、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素,改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To investigate the insulin resistance in exercise therapy for abdominal obesity. Methods 46 cases of patients were treated with exercise, walk 3,000 meters a day for 45 minutes continuous walk once a week to measure the abdominal circumference, once every 4 weeks to review fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin. Results Fasting waist circumference 94.75 ± 8.39cm, fasting blood glucose 7.21 ± 1.52mmol / l and fasting insulin 29.67 ± 4.26mu / l before exercise. After treatment, fasting waist circumference 86.47 ± 9.28cm, fasting blood glucose 5.91 ± 1.12mmol / l, fasting Insulin 23.04 ± 3.59 mu / l. Before and after treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.001). Conclusion Exercise therapy can reduce fasting waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin and improve insulin resistance.
