改革开放以来,外资经济成为促进中国经济增长的不可缺少的推动因素。20多年改革开放的实践证明,我国在利用外资方面取得了巨大的成绩,同时,也存在一些亟待解决的问题。优惠政策带来不公平
Since the reform and opening up, the foreign-funded economy has become an indispensable driving factor for promoting China’s economic growth. The practice of more than 20 years of reform and opening up has proved that our country has made tremendous achievements in utilizing foreign investment. At the same time, there are still some problems to be solved urgently. Preferential policies bring unfairness
