《外科护理学》实验教学是培养学生全面掌握外科护理技能、创新意识和和综合应用能力的重要环节。本文从目前实验教学的现状入手,以内科护理学实验教学大纲为依托,结合笔者近年来在延安市卫生学校从事外科护理学等学科的理论与实践课教学经验,以就业及职业资格考试为导向,从教学实际出发,对《外科护理学》实验教学提出改革与创新的措施,以加快实验教学改革步伐,能为陕北地区乃至全国培养出更多的高素质复合型与创新型护理人才。
“Surgical Nursing” experimental teaching is to train students to fully grasp the surgical nursing skills, innovative awareness and comprehensive application of an important part. This article starts from the current experimental teaching status quo, relying on internal medicine nursing experimental teaching syllabus, combined with the author in recent years in Yan’an City Health School engaged in surgical nursing and other disciplines theory and practice teaching experience, employment and vocational qualification examination-oriented , From the reality of teaching, put forward the measures of reform and innovation in the experimental teaching of “Surgical Nursing” so as to speed up the pace of experimental teaching reform and to cultivate more high-quality compound and innovative nurses in northern Shaanxi and the whole country.
