Huaimai 23 is a new wheat variety, which was bred by the method of “cyclotron selection”, using Huiguyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Xuhuai, Jiangsu Province as a tool. The breed passed the Huaibei slice wheat trial in Jiangsu Province from 2003 to 2005, and passed the test of Huaibei slice wheat production in Jiangsu Province in 2005-2006.
