孕妇高××,30岁,工人,门诊病例。因闭经40余天恶心,择食,自疑怀孕,于84年2月27日来院门诊,要求检查做人工流产婚后孕4产1存1,已人工流产3次。于1982年1月在某医院上:V:型环节育,术中顺利,术后多次透视,:V:型环宫内位置正常。约10天前在某院透视未见到环形,以为节育环自行脱掉。妇科检查,外阴经产式,阴道通畅,未看到尼龙尾丝,宫颈Ⅱ°糜烂,呈紫兰色子宫前倾位,约孕50天大小,软、活动良好,双侧附件无异常。血象,尿常规正常,妊娠试验阳性。腹部透视无节育环影,遂拍片,发现盆腔中央有一多角形金属节育器。据此诊断为带环妊娠,即行第四次人工流产。术前探得宫腔深达9.5厘米,用7号吸头,负压450,吸出物可见蜕膜及绒毛组
