刨煤机组的设备容量较大,国产MBJ—2型的电机容量为180—220 KW,启动频繁,推进速度较快。以徐州韩桥矿采煤六区的刨煤机工作面为例,工作面长150米,煤层厚0.8米,月进150~250米,最高日进19米产煤2690吨。为了充分发挥刨煤机组的生产能力,减少搬拆次数,应加大刨煤机工作面的走向长度和相应的供电距离,于是如何延长采区变电所至工作面的供电距离便成了一个突出问题。
Plow unit equipment capacity larger, domestic MBJ-2-type motor capacity of 180-220 KW, start frequently, advancing fast. Take Xuzhou Hanqiao coal mining six districts plow face as an example, the working face is 150 meters long, the coal seam is 0.8 meters thick, the monthly advance is 150 ~ 250 meters, and the maximum daily advance is 19 meters to produce 2690 tons of coal. In order to give full play to the production capacity of plow units and reduce the number of move, we should increase the length of plow face and the corresponding power supply distance, so how to extend the power supply distance from the substation to the face has become a Outstanding issue.
