目的:观察阿伦磷酸钠、阿法骨化醇和中药仙灵骨葆三联疗法对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度的影响。方法:30例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,每日口服阿伦膦酸钠10mg、阿法骨化醇0.5ug和仙灵骨葆3g,疗程6个月,观察治疗前后骨密度的变化。结果:治疗后骨密度明显上升,治疗前后L2～4、股骨颈及Wards三角的骨密度经t检验差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:三联疗法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,可以明显升高骨密度。
Objective: To observe the effect of alendronate, alfacalcidol and traditional Chinese medicine Xianling Gubao triple therapy on bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods: Thirty patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated with oral alendronate 10mg, alfacalcidol 0.5ug and xinglinggubao 3g every day for 6 months. The changes of bone mineral density before and after treatment were observed. Results: The BMD increased obviously after treatment. The BMD of L2 ~ 4, femoral neck and Wards triangle before and after treatment showed significant difference by t test (P <0.01). Conclusion: Triple therapy for postmenopausal osteoporosis can significantly increase bone mineral density.
