本文研究了铁粉松比、粒度及焊条药皮厚度对焊条熔敷效率、发尘量、熔滴过渡形式等方面的影响;计算了铁的损失率与回收率,给出了熔敷效率的估算公式;提出了不同药皮厚度下铁粉的合适加入量范围,这一范围可以用焊渣重与熔化焊条重之比率来判断。药皮厚度大、含铁量多的高效铁粉焊条,不但熔敷效率高、发尘量低,而且焊接工艺性能也好,应予大力发展,推广使用。
