目的 :探讨海脉素对肿瘤患者凝血机制的影响。方法 :45例择期手术患者随机分成 3组 :A组 15例良性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 5 0 0ml;B组 15例恶性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 5 0 0ml;C组 15例恶性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 10 0 0ml。测定输前、输毕、输入后 1h的凝血酶原时间 (PT)和纤维蛋白原 (Fg)含量并进行对比。 结果 :C组输毕和输入后 1h的PT较输前延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。C组输毕和输入后 1h的Fg低于A组和B组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1) ,且C组输毕和输入后 1h的Fg较输前呈降低趋势 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。A组和B组间PT和Fg差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :PT时间的延长和Fg的降低与输入海脉素的量有关 ,与肿瘤性质无明显关系。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Kaempferon on the coagulation mechanism of tumor patients. Methods: Forty-five patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A, 15 cases of benign tumor, input of sea urotin 500 ml; group B, 15 cases of malignant tumor, input of sea urotin 500 ml; group C, 15 cases of malignant tumor, Sea urchin 10 0 0ml. Prothrombin time (PT) and fibrinogen (Fg) content at 1 h before and after transfusion were measured and compared. Results: The PT of group C at 1 hour after infusion and 1 hour after infusion was longer than that before infusion (P <0.05). The Fg of group C at the end of 1 h and 1 h after the importation was lower than that of group A and group B (P <0.05 to P <0.01), and the Fg of group C at the end of 1 h and 1 h after the input decreased , But the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in PT and Fg between group A and group B (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The prolongation of PT and the decrease of Fg are related to the amount of imported herringin, but not to the nature of the tumor.
